First Impressions Are Important!
1. A well-manicured lawn, freshly painted front door, and clutter free porch will enhance the appeal of your home.
2. Clean up the living room, bathroom, kitchen, etc. If woodwork is scuffed or paint fading, consider some minor redecoration. Have carpet cleaned, and if outdated, consider new carpet. Prospects want to see how great your home looks, not hear how great it would look "with a little work."

7. Wake up prospects to the cozy comforts of your bedrooms. For a spacious look, get rid of excess furniture. Colorful bedspreads and fresh curtains are a must.
8. Let the sun shine in! Pull back your curtains and open blinds so prospects can see how bright and cheery your home is.
