Tampa Palms is made up of close to two dozen distinct villages, some of them gated. It is the largest community in New Tampa, and covers more than 7,000 acres, 3,500 of which are nature preserves. There are 45 lakes, plenty of parks and playgrounds and a variety of athletic courts.
Homes in Tampa Palms start in the $200s and range in price up to more than $2 million. It is possible to find something for everyone in this community, including condos, townhomes, apartments, single family homes and even custom estate homes. Phase 3 of Tampa Palms is still under development, so it is still possible to find a homesite and build your dream home.
Tampa Palms features the Tampa Palms Golf and Country Club. The jewel of the Club is a championship gold course, as well as two pools, a fitness center, restaurant, 55,000 square foot clubhouse and 24 guest suites.
Other activities in Tampa Palms include tennis, volleyball, soccer, racquetball, softball and biking. Campsites and picnic facilities provide hours of outdoor recreation. There is even access to the Hillsborough River, offering water sports. Kids can enjoy summer camp programs.
