Kevin began his real estate career in 1999 by purchasing a HomeVestors Franchise becoming the first such franchise in the state of Florida. Kevin oversaw the day to day operations of a national real estate investment franchise where he coordinated the buying, selling and strategic marketing of over 400 homes in the Tampa Bay, Florida area, totaling over $45 Million in sales. His franchise would go on to be recognized as a “Top Ten” Franchise for 5 straight years, “Rookie Franchise of the Year” in 2000 and win the coveted “Franchise of the year” award in 2005. Kevin and his partners sold the business in 2007.
Before Real Estate Investing, Kevin spent 4 years with Lowe's Home Improvement in the Midwest and East Coast Regions. Working his way up right out of college, Kevin finished his career with Lowe's as a Store Manager in the Midwest.
